Woof woof students! I'm so excited to begin blogging! I live with two feline friends named Sir Wally and Madam Keiko. Sir Wally is a poet and Madam Keiko is a scientist. Me? I love to solve math problems, so that makes me a mathematician! I especially enjoy writing word problems. For example, I will take 3x4=12 and write a whole story! I'll start... hmmmm...
[i]One hot hot summer day, Mister Hobbes, Madam Keiko, and Sir Wally decided to go up the street to visit their friend Annie-boo. As soon as Hobbes stepped out on the street, he burned his right paw on the hot concrete. They all went back inside to look for socks to wear on each paw. How many socks did they have to pull out of the drawer? 3 animals x 4 paws each = 12 socks! [/i]
I'd love to read some creative stories from you using 3x4=12!
